Barrel museum, Vologda region

The museum operates on a 5+7 formula: - Five months (from May to September) at the Kuzino jetty during the river navigation period. - Seven months (from October to April) at museum and exhibition venues in the region's partner towns and neighbouring regions. The museum has three independent travelling thematic exhibitions (intermuseum and interregional projects): a) RUSSIAN NORTH RAPPING (poorly studied northern paintings on barrels). b) MIGHTy Barrel (Barrel in painting). c) V/R version of BOND.ART (Barrel in Sculpture). The museum team promotes the principles of EASY TOURISM and MOBILE MUSEUM (not people to the museum, but the museum to the people).
