Dear representatives of the tourist industry!

The Organizers of International Trade Fair for Tourism "Intourmarket" continue to assist the Participants and Visitors of this event in establishing contacts and broadening their presence in Russian regions by means of organizing a specialized business meetings program Hosted Buyers/Professional Buyer.

The program provides the "Intourmarket" Trade Fair participants the possibility to exhibit at the event, which is attended by visitors, selected in advance, professional buyers of tourist product. Besides, it implies comprehensive services to the Trade Fair participants for establishing business contracts with relevant organizations, associations and state structures from Russia’s regions. The Trade Fair Organizers are engaged in purposeful attraction of professional visitors by using the agents’ networks, ties with regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and professional associations. Visits of official delegations of the regions’ representatives with the best commercial potential are organized.

Given program provides for unique possibility for the visitors of the tourist trade fairs from Russian regions to use the package of program participants on competition basis.

Package includes:

- Free flight or travel by rail from the residence town to Moscow and back by economic class;

- Free accommodation in a hotel (including breakfast);

- Trade Fair catalogue;

- Hotel-Trade Fair-hotel transfer;

- Hosted buyer badge for all the Trade Fair working days.

For the first time in the history of the tourist trade fairs at the territory of RF this program was carried out within the framework of I International Trade Fair for Tourism "Intourmarket - 2006".

2006 Results: 301 companies took part in the program, 151 companies thereof became the winners and achieved an opportunity to use the hosted buyer privileges.

2007 Results: 1263 companies took part in the program, 935 companies thereof from 88 Russian cities became the winners. Professional buyer work was carried out according to the pre-planned schedule, the groups were formed and each was headed by the group-leader.

All that became one of the most significant steps towards the European standards of the tourist trade fairs organization in Russia.

Candidates’ requirements:

Tourist business organizations and enterprises, for which outbound and internal tourism is the main direction of activity, tourist infrastructure enterprises, representatives of business unions and industry’s associations.
